It’s almost as if the end of your vape is like bottom of a A1 steak sauce bottle. You know it’s in there, that tiny bit of liquid you just can’t get. But how do you know when it’s time to get a new one? Believe it or not, that depends on you. Luckily, there are signs that will let you know that your cartridge’s life span has ran out.
Metallic-Burnt Taste
As you may or may not know, you vape gently heats the oil via a small coil located directly below the main oil chamber. When it is almost empty, that coil doesn’t have enough Delta 8 to capture the heat it puts out. That metallic or burnt taste is the wick of the coil burning letting you know, you’re almost at the end. Pretty easy right?
Tiny Vapors
Another sign is the amount of vapor generated. Small size vapor clouds lets you know your coil doesn’t have enough oil to generate the right amount of vapors. When longer puffs don’t put out more than a few wisps, it’s time to move on.
If you’re worried about throwing away your cartridge before it’s all gone, you can always keep track of your puffs. A 0.5 ml cartridge has about 80 to 160 puffs while a 1 ml cartridges has about 160 to 320. Some people don’t mind the tiny clouds or the metallic burnt taste, but with so many other options: flavors, strains, etc., why would you want to hold onto a dying cart? You can always come see us at any one of our seven (7) locations and we will be more than happy to help you dispose of your dying cart and bring your pen (and you) back to life!
