CBDP stands for cannabidiphorol and is one of over 140 naturally occurring compounds found in cannabis. Its chemical formula consists of 23 carbon atoms, 34 hydrogen atoms, and two oxygen atoms. It has been found that CBDP has seven link side chains, and this affects how it binds to the CB1 and CB2 receptors. CBDP will not give you a euphoric high which means it is non-psychoactive.
CBDP accounts for less than 1% in the plant and is known as a minor cannabinoid. This makes it difficult to extract but worth what they go through to get it. Research is still being done on this, but they have found so far that it could possibly be a treatment for anxiety, depression, stress, epilepsy, pain, inflammation, help to regulate moods, arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and breast cancer. When you combine CBDP and CBDA together, it is a potential treatment for cancer. I’m not saying it is or it will cure cancer. In the studies they have been doing, it shows it may have anti-proliferative effects which means it could possibly prevent cancer cells from growing.
With all the potential that CBDP has, it is worth being studied further just to see what all it can or will do for someone. Wouldn’t it be great to have something to use that is naturally produced to take care of illnesses, aches, pains, just over all health. As always, when you try a products, do your research and follow the dosing directions. Start of with a small amount and work you way up. Its better to try to little than to try to much.
