What you need to know when adding CBD to your daily routine

CBD, cannabidiol, has been around for years and is used for many different things. It is a compound that is found naturally in the cannabis plant. It does not contain THC which is the part that gets you high. There are many health benefits with adding CBD to your daily routine but here are a few things you need to know before doing so.

Not everyone can use CBD. It affect everyone differently even though it does not get you high. Its like taking a prescription medication. Even though someone else may be able to take, you may not be able to. There are some people that have had great results from taking CBD. Others have reported that it gave dry mouth, made them sleepy, lowered there blood pressure, some experienced an upset stomach, and diarrhea. On a positive note, people do have wonderful results from using CBD.  When looking for CBD products you need to know what it is and how it works in the body. Do your research on CBD products so you will know what it is and how it will help you. Educate yourself on the different types of CBD products. There is no particular brand that is recommend but I do recommend one doing their research on CBD as for what they are looking for it to help them with. CBD is being used daily for a pain reliever, muscle relaxant, anxiety, as an antipsychotic for delusions and hallucinations, treat infections, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotector against Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis. You have some people that use CBD daily for overall health.

As you can see, CBD my not be for everyone but it is something that is definitely worth trying. For this to help someone with conditions they have compared to taking a hand full of medication daily, its worth it. Most people do prefer to try an all natural healing process instead of taking medications. You can purchase CBD in different forms such as a topicals, oil, edibles, and smokeable. It is your choice as to what you choose.

CBD became legal in 2018 and you do not need a prescription for it unless you are getting Epidiolex for seizures. The dosage for you will depend on what your are treating, your weight, medications you are taking, and which form of CBD you choose to try or use. The daily amount can be from 5mg to 100mg daily depending on the individual. CBD can interact with medications such as blood thinners, anything that one may be taking to help them sleep, and immunosuppressant medications. Speak with  your doctor about adding CBD to your daily routine and see what he/she suggest.
